I cannot review pins that I haven't received. If this is your pre-order process, I will never pre order again. Do I need to open a case with PayPal? Not happy at all!!@

Since you placed your order via Facebook/Instagram, they require sellers to fulfill orders within a week, otherwise the order will automatically get canceled and you’d be refunded. In order for us to keep your preorder intact and keep your spot in the preorder queue, we have to print out your label and “fulfill” your order. We understand you received an automatic notification when we printed your label, but there was nothing we could do on our end to prevent their emails from going out.

We really do appreciate your patience with this preorder and trust us, we want nothing more than to get your purchase ASAP!
