All preorders are out the door!
It's be a super hectic month and we were able to ship out all 2000+ Grandma's Sewing Kit pin preorders!! -HUZZAH!- You should be expecting them soon. Thank you all again!
Update Aug. 19:
We can’t emphasize enough how much we appreciate your patience. When you placed your order, our pin had gone viral (completely unexpected from our end) and within a week we had over 2000 orders come in. (Thank you!) It’s been hectic to say the least for just the 2 of us, but the majority of you have been extremely kind, patient and understanding with us and we love you for it.
If you ordered between July 11-26, your orders have gone out and you should be receiving them soon (domestically). When we return from Emerald City Comic Con on Monday, we will begin shipping orders placed July 27-beginning of August.
If you received an email asking to review your purchase, please ignore it. We tried to stop these auto emails from going out, but apparently our efforts have been ignored by the software.

Greetings, fellow Sewing Kit lover!
You're here because you received an email saying your order has shipped and to leave us a review. You're probably thinking, "This is absurd! I never received the order I paid for! Why would I leave them a review? Why I outta!" You're perfectly in the right for thinking that. To be honest, I'd think the same thing.
We've received so many emails that for time's sake (and our sanity) it was just easier to do it this way. So please read!
The Sewing Kit (PREORDER) Pin is a preorder and as stated in the product description, “Due to popular demand, our Sewing Kit Pin is now on BACKORDER, but you can still preorder yours now. Expected to ship mid-late August. Any other items included with this order will be shipped together with the Sewing Kit. Thank you for your patience!”
Since you placed your order via Facebook/Instagram, they require sellers to fulfill orders within a week, otherwise the order will automatically get canceled and you’d be refunded. In order for us to keep your preorder intact and keep your spot in the preorder queue, we have to print out your label and “fulfill” your order. We understand you received an automatic notification when we printed your label, but there was nothing we could do on our end to prevent their emails from going out.
We apologize for the inconvenience and really do appreciate your patience with this preorder and trust us, we want nothing more than to get your purchase to you ASAP!
If you’d like to cancel your order and be refunded, please let us know and we’ll take care of it.
